Management Team

Mr. Ayenew has been instrumental in transforming the company from a single line of business into a comprehensive technology services organization including offshore development and software products and services. Under his tenure, the organizations has met or exceeded growth objectives for both existing lines of business as well as new ventures garnering industry accolades.

His two decades of management and technology experience brings a diverse background that spans many Fortune 500 leaders in financial services, consumer and OEM goods manufacturing as well as wholesale management. In addition, he was part of the original management team that carried Visibility (now part of Bottomline Technologies), a litigation management Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for property & casualty claims organizations, from startup to a profitable and successful venture. Furthermore, his professional services career includes assignments at clients in a variety of industry sectors as a member of Price WaterhouseCoopers's Management Consulting Services (MCS) group, now part of IBM Global Service's Business Consulting.

He holds a B.B.A in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire as well as an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Mannemela, in his 18-year career, has focused on information technology architecture, as well as management and consulting services. He has led the design, development and implementation of many large scale content management, Internet/e-Business solutions, web services, database and related custom client server applications.

Mr. Mannemela has been a leader in the document management and related application suite implementation community for the past seven years and has an established name regarded highly in Documentum circles both in North America and Europe. He currently serves as the Regional Vice President of the Midwest Documentum User Group where he has delivered several lectures on Documentum, Content Management, Content Delivery, Trusted Content Services, Records Management and DoD standards governing records management.

In his many years in professional services, he has delivered value to world leading clients in many regulated and non regulated industry verticals. His service to his clients has established him as an innovative pioneer in engagement management as it relates to many aspects of software engineering and development.

He currently oversees the Software Architecture, Development and Delivery pieces for various Verinon clients. Mr. Mannemela has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gulbarga University, India and a Bachelor's Degree in Laws (Legum Baccalaureus) from Osmania University, India.

Mr. Schinaman oversees the business development and strategic partnership group at Verinon. As an officer of the company, he directs operational activities in Verinon's North American Region.

Mr. Schinaman's career experiences span a variety of industry verticals including Medical Devices, High Technology, Discreet and Process Manufacturing. His experience includes 10+ years of management positions in the areas of Sales/Marketing and Business Development within the software industry.

Mr. Schinaman has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from San Francisco State University and a Masters Degree in Education from College of Notre Dame.

Mr. Raju oversees corporate finance for the entire Verinon Group. Based in Hyderabad, India, he also heads the Company's Secretarial and Legal Departments. He has over twenty five years of experience structuring business models for private as well as public companies, arranging cross-border mergers and acquisitions, setting up joint ventures between US and Indian companies and providing audit & management consultancy services.

Mr. Raju has a MBA in Finance from IIM, India and a Masters Degree in Commerce from Andhra University, India. Prior to joining at Verinon, Mr. Raju has worked for Nagarjuna Group, Papillion, State Bank of India and other powerful business houses in India.

Mr. Prasad oversees the ECM business of company in APAC & EMEA region. He has been instrumental in transforming the ECM practice of company and expansion of business in APAC & EMEA region. In addition he is also responsible for strategic alliances with technology partners Microsoft, EMC and IBM.

Mr. Prasad's experience brings a diverse background that spans from human resource management, sales and marketing and business development activities within the software industry. His experience includes managing customers in various industry verticals including energy, engineering, banking, Insurance, telecommunications and logistics.

Mr. Prasad holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rajasthan University, India and a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Pune, India.
